WHO WE ARE
WARREN JONAS
CEO
Warren was born an entrepreneur and has always been looking at ways to create financial wealth.
Originally from South Africa,
he moved over to London at the age of 18 and purchased his first property at the age of 21.
He quickly worked out the value of owning your own home and looked at expanding into buy2lets. This interest in property started Robert Lloyd Ltd, which he co-founded with Paul Sheen. Over the years, the team have continued to increase our property portfolio and expanding into offering Property Services. His primary role at Robert Lloyd is to focus on the longer term strategy, having the role of CEO.
FINANCE DIRECTOR
The co-founder of Robert Lloyd Ltd, Paul has been investing in property since the year 2001, buying his first property in Raynes Park.
He enjoys investigating potential investments and visiting new properties and areas.
In his role of Finance Director, Paul has become the ‘King of the Spreadsheet’, ensuring that investments will get the best possible returns, while ensuring that Robert Lloyd Ltd manage their spending levels.
PAUL SHEEN
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Kathryn is a seasoned Sales person, having completed a degree in Classics at the University of Royal Holloway.
She has taken on the role of Commercial Director and leads the acquisition of all new business.
KATHRYN JONAS
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Fiona’s passion for property investment started in 2005, when she bought her first property in Walton-on-Thames.
Fiona uses her eye for design to help plan and project manage our property renovations.
She also takes the role of Operations Director very seriously, helping Robert Lloyd Ltd to tick, while ensuring that our tenants have the best possible experience with us.
Her excellent skills in organisation have been born from 15 years as a teacher and Deputy Head of her school.
